The Strategy.
We devised a 2-month content plan that put their ideal customers at the forefront of the campaign’s messaging to get ahead of their competitors. We captured a photo- and video-based campaign that used a mix of testimonial interviews with past and current customers of our client and how our client’s service benefitted the customer and visuals of current customers enjoying our client’s services. Our goal was to make interested customers convert by way of showing how they could benefit and enjoy our client’s services. We wanted the viewer to think “that can be me with this service,” and subsequently begin an interaction with our client.
We Provided.
Our team provided a few key components that made their marketing efforts successful.
The first of which was video production. With the constant growth of video-based social media platforms, it’s no secret video is the present and the future of a successful campaign. We provided meaningful video by way of testimonial-style and entertainment-style videos that were optimized for both vertical-viewing social media and traditional, horizontal-viewing outlets like TV, YouTube, and streaming services. The testimonial-style videos we created were catered to a viewer that was new to our client’s service and was interested in knowing a little more, before they put in an inquiry with our client to begin the sales funnel process. We then paired the testimonial-style videos with an entertainment counterpart. These entertainment videos were designed to sell our client’s service to the type of customer that was interested in seeing the positive benefits of our client’s service, rather than hearing about it from the testimonial-style videos.

The second key part of our visuals was the still photography. Even though video has seen increased usage over the last several years, photography still has its place in the world of lead generation. Our photos were designed with a complete story in mind for every frame. The photography we provided placed the viewer in the middle of the action, in the place they would be in if they used our client’s service. We showed the successes they would have and the positive benefits that would come with connecting with our client and starting their journey with them. Our photography was optimized at every step of the delivery process for use cases like banner ads, still-frame ads on social media platforms, banners at trade shows, wall art in places our client’s key demographics would spend time at, and much more!
